Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Salon Policies
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
💳 Card on File Required
A valid card is required to book. You will only be charged if policies below are violated.
❗ Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
No Call / No Show:
Charged 100% of the scheduled service.
After 2 no-shows, prepayment may be required or appointments may be declined.
Late Arrival Policy:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and charged as a late cancellation 100%. Please contact me if you're running late.
💕 Lash Appointment Policies
1 Week Fill:
Must be scheduled within 7 days of your last appointment.
Great as a mini touch-up for special events. Not intended to replace regular fills.
2 Week Fill:
Must have at least 50% of lash extensions remaining.
If less than 50% remains, there will be an upcharge or it may be considered a 3-week fill.
3 Week Fill:
Must have at least 40% of lashes remaining.
Anything less will be charged as a full set.
Foreign Fills:
I do not guarantee fills on work done by another artist.
A removal and full set may be required if the existing lashes are not workable or safe.
💰 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services. Deposits go toward your service total but will be forfeited in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
💡 Emergencies
I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss any last-minute changes.
