Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*
Booking means you agree to these policies.
All clients are required to book online and have an active card on file.
All cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 48hr mark will result in a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.
15 minute grace period is given from the scheduled appointment time, anything past 15 minutes will result in cancellation to appointment and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
All no call /no show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in a client ban.
Please try to avoid bringing extra guests and children.
No exceptions!
